Join Us Open Evening 2026
The event is an opportunity for families to come and view the school and to meet #TeamNailsea, including teachers, support staff & students. Families will be able to take a tour, see our fantastic facilities and get a feel of our fabulous school.
Open Evening will take place on Thursday 24th September 2026 between 5pm and 8pm.
To manage numbers of this popular event, we ask that only Year 6 families attend. You will need to book a ticket for each member of your family. Where possible please can families restrict the number of people attending Open Evening to one child (year 6) and 2 adults.
Parking at school is very limited so we advise parking off site – there is a map on the Eventbrite page highlighting local facilities. The Headteacher will be accompanied by students for the presentations, the talks will start promptly, so it is important that visitors are sat in position by their start time as latecomers will miss their slot.

*Unfortunately the Headteachers presentations are now fully booked – families are still welcome to attend the Open Evening and meet the team – the Headteacher Presentation will be available online after the event. In addition to this – families are welcome to book a day time tour – you can do this by calling our Reception Team 01275 852251
Families in Year 6 are welcome to book a tour during the school day – this is a great way to see #TeamNailsea in action. Tours are available during times when members of our Senior Leadership Team are available to lead them.
For reasons of safeguarding and to cause minimum disruption to our learners, we focus these tours in Term 1 – prior to the secondary school application deadline at the end of October.
