Communication Communication Apps
The Wessex Learning Trust has moved to a different communication system this academic year, which means that staff, students and parents will no longer have access to ClassCharts. Our new system is called Bromcom, where students and parent / carers can access key information, including announcements, timetables and behaviour/attendance logs and it can be used for payments too. There are two separate apps for students and parents – Bromcom for students and My Child at School – you can find access details below:

There are two separate apps for students and parents – Bromcom for students and My Child at School – you can find access details below:
Students should download the ‘Bromcom Student App’ click ‘login via magic link’, and use their school email address and the code 12326 to log on
My Child at School – for parents & carers Download the ‘My Child At School’ enter your email address and click ‘Reset Password’. The password email will be sent to you directly from My Child at School. Please note your email address must match the one we have in our system.Alternatively if there are issues:1. Go to this website: https://www.mychildatschool.com/MCAS/MCSParentLogin2. Then click the ‘Sign Up’ text – just above the Login button3. Enter the school postcode (BS48 2HN) and click the Continue button4. Enter your email address and click the Sign Up button5. Bromcom should email you with details to complete the process if the email address entered matches the address that the school has on record. You will be able to purchase lunch money credit by clicking on ‘Dinner’ icon. Other items such as lockers are available via the ‘Store’ icon which is one of the icons on the toolbar running across the bottom of the screen.

Individual and year group letters will be sent via email.
If you need to change your contact details or those of one of our students – please complete the form below and return it to the school (please do this for each of the students involved).
