Cad Cam Innovators

We have introduced equipment and knowledge into 7 of our local primary schools and as children are learning these DT skills before they come to Nailsea School, their knowledge is advanced which is having a positive impact on standards. Tickenham School have taken a step further and introduced a popular Enterprise Club regularly displaying products at their village fair.

The work of Nailsea School with Techlink Cad Cam has been recognised nationally and we have appeared in a number of industry publications and conferences to share our experiences with other schools.

        

Professional Promotional Film

Nailsea School were asked to take part in the production of a professional film produced by the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust to promote the impact of the Trust.  The Trust and film crew came to Nailsea School and filmed various projects around the school, Senior Leadership Team, the Ambassadors and an interview with Mrs Cosgrove, Director of Specialist Status.  Nailsea School figures heavily within this national film and a copy of the film with flyer and poster will go to every school in the country.
