BTEC First Diploma
The BTEC Travel and Tourism course has had outstanding results this year with all candidates achieving the highest mark of Distinction. If you think you might like to return to 6th Form but do not feel ready for A Levels, this could be a good choice for you. This is a Level 2 course which means it is equivalent to 4 GCSEs at Grade A* to C and will equip you for entry into the Sixth Form to study A-Levels. To find out more, contact us.
We are looking to expand our provision of First Diploma Courses starting with Public Services Level 2 as well as Health and Social Care. If you have a course or interest click here to email the Head of Sixth Form about this interest.
Other Courses
We also offer a range of extra curricular courses that fit in around A Level study.
These include: Computer Repair (BTEC), Self Defence, Sign Language, Athletics, Indian Head Massage, Counselling, Chinese Culture and Management, Horse
Management, Sports Leadership, Health and Fitness Leadership, Singing, Coaching certificates for various sports, Animal Care, Environmental Conservation.
Many of these are free, and they all lead to a formal qualification. Information on how to sign up for these will available from tutors early in Term 1.
