Also Year 8 boys and girls team won the English School Cup 1st round

Cross Country - Term 1 2008

Students have been working hard on their fitness.   The Cross Country Team went to Colston School on a wet day to race in the ESAA Cup Competition.  The course was difficult, with a tough calibre of other athletes completing.

Particularly outstanding performances were the first runners home for Nailsea: Sarah Kemp and Liam Lester - 3rd overall (both Under 13s), and Evie Dickinson and Alex Goodwin - 3rd overall (both Under 15s).    The Under 13 Girls came in 9th place, the Under 13 Boys achieved 5th place.  The Under 15 Girls Team came in 7th place, while the Under 15 Boys achieved 1st place overall and are through to the next round.
