Governors : Introduction

The school has a very active and dedicated group of Governors. In partnership with staff, parents and pupils they play a very important role in ensuring a high quality of education for all students at the school.

Meetings of the main Governing Body are open to the public subject to the agreement of the Chair of Governors and to sufficient notice being given, and are held once a term. In addition there are also termly meetings of the four committees (Curriculum; Finance and Environment; Parents, Students and Community; Personnel).

The minutes of Governors' meetings are available to the public on request and are posted outside the main school office.
