Young Engineers KNEX Challenge

Pupils from local Primary Schools took part in the national Young Engineers KNEX Challenge.  Working with staff from our Technology Faculty, pupils worked in pairs to build a buggy. 

This was a UK national challenge designed to encourage imagination, creativity and ingenuity in KS2 pupils.  The work prepares them for the types of work they will encounter at KS3. The event was eventually won by Tickenham School.
